All deposits are non-refundable.
For appointments of 1 hour or longer the grace period is 15 minutes, after that it will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be kept.
For appointments less than 1 hour long, the grace period is 10 minutes, after that it will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be kept
For appointments longer than 1 hour: if you arrive late, we may need to adjust the service to fit the remaining time.

You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to the appointment, keep in mind that your deposit is non refundable.
You can move your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. (Deposit is non refundable in case you move it outside of the 24 hours).
Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times. After the third reschedule, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
If you are a no-show or late cancellation (outside the 48 hours) you will have to pay the full amount of your appointment before the next one.
Service Changes: Changes to a shorter service, including removal, must be made at least 1 week in advance and may be subject to a change in appointment time. Changes made within 1 week will be charged at the original booking price.
