Booking Policy

Please read the following policy carefully before booking. By making an appointment, you agree to these terms.

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• For appointments of 1 hour or longer the grace period is 15 minutes, after that it will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be kept.
   
• For appointments less than 1 hour long, the grace period is 10 minutes, after that it will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be kept
   
• For appointments longer than 1 hour: if you arrive late, we may need to adjust the service to fit the remaining time.
   
• Dogs are welcome!
   
• You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to the appointment, keep in mind that your deposit is non refundable.
   
• You can move your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. (Deposit is non refundable in case you move it outside of the 24 hours).
• Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times. After the third reschedule, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
• If you are a no-show or late cancellation (outside the 48 hours) you will have to pay the full amount of your appointment before the next one.
• Service Changes: Changes to a shorter service, including removal, must be made at least 1 week in advance and may be subject to a change in appointment time. Changes made within 1 week will be charged at the original booking price.
